traditional Asian hawker food dishes like
banh mi sliders and satay skewers, White
Guy Cooks Thai has grown to be one of the
most popular food trucks Down Under.
Founder Simon Williams set the wheels in
motion in 2012 after being inspired by the

Asia. Simon soon passed the baton (or
should we say skewers?) to Max Porritt, who

Simon enlisted the help of 99designs for a
logo and truck wrap that would get White
Guy’s wheels moving. “I wanted to capture
the fun of the name and the truck’s concept.
I had heaps of responses and worked with
two of the designers to align their designs
with my vision.” The result is a bright design
that captures both the hot and sour and
salty and sweet flavors of Thai cuisine. It’s
almost good enough to eat!
