WK10 Risk Management Risky Business : Does Our Walk Match Our Talk ?
The International Risk Management Committee will continue the exploration of risk beyond hazing in its traditional and better-known forms . Through this wider lens , this workshop will delve more deeply into critical areas of reputational risk and brand management risk from social media to fundraisers to our personal brands . This training will also offer guidance on having critical conversations as our sister ’ s keeper to address some of these areas and specific occurrences and will explore the risk that flows from our conversations and interactions in this contest . We expect that through this workshop , participants will develop their risk IQ to become more effective risk managers .
WK11 Sisterly Relations Sustaining Excellence in Sisterly Relations
This interactive and engaging workshop will focus on the importance of maintaining Sisterly Relations from day one . Are you ready to be a sister ? How can you be a better sister ? What do you do to maintain a sisterly atmosphere ? These and other topics will be covered during the workshop .
WK12 Standards Maintaining Excellence in Standards : A Snapshot of Best Practices in a Virtual World
This interactive workshop will review best practices of virtual chapter operations , including chapter meeting management , chapter records management and preparing for the chapter electronic evaluation .
WK13 Technology Embracing Technology in a Post Pandemic World
This workshop will leverage the technological knowledge and advancements gained during the pandemic . We will explore the tools utilized and best practices learned to help improve chapter operations in a post pandemic world .
WK14 Undergraduate Activities PEARLfecting the College Experience
Join the Undergraduate Activities Committee as we provide the knowledge and the tools to have the PEARLfect college experience . We will review the five sorority program targets , give you tips on how to execute a great program , brainstorm events , list some do ’ s and don ’ ts for managing social media , and explore how you can best cater to your community .
