This workshop will focus on “ Modified MIP Best Practices ” implemented during the pandemic and how to expand the sisterhood using technology and sisterly relationship engagements by way of a virtual platform .
WK07 Program Exemplifying Excellence through Sustainable Service ; Strategies for Implementing Award-Winning Chapter Program Celebrate 2018 – 2022 Regional and Chapter Success !
This workshop will provide strategies for implementing award-winning chapter programs , including the structure and leadership responsibilities needed , determine how to best assess the needs of the local community and chapter members to execute the program targets and explore how to identify community organizations for collaboration and partnership most effectively . WK08 Protocol I Exemplifying Excellence in Alpha Kappa Alpha Protocol I
This interactive workshop will include the study of basic protocol for all sorors . Participants will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge on the practical implementation of protocol through a review of Frequently Asked Questions received by the committee . This workshop is also geared toward current or aspiring leaders as it relates to protocol implementation at the chapter level and planning for other sorority events .
WK09 Protocol II Exemplifying Excellence in Alpha Kappa Alpha Protocol II
This interactive workshop will include the study of advanced protocol in the area of Dais and Holding Room Management . The workshop is ideal for current or aspiring protocol chairs and sorors interested in protocol implementation at conferences and other events .
