86TH CENTRAL REGIONAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION BOOK

Graduate Chapter Basilei or Graduate Advisors are highly encouraged to register the entire chapter online as a
group. This will help accommodate Sorors who are not as comfortable with technology. After the Graduate
Basileus or Graduate Advisor selects the “Go To Shopping” button, there will be an additional registration button
labeled “Group Registration.” It is important to select the correct Fee Type, (Graduate or Undergraduate) as well
as check the name of each Soror on each page for your group who you want to register and their preferred meal;
Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian. Upon completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Payment
must be made immediately via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or within 7 days via chapter check,
cashier’s check, or money order payable to: AKA Central Region. Online chapter registrations with deferred
payments will auto-delete, if payments do not post to the system within seven (7) days of making the registration.
Chapter checks should be mailed to: Soror Vanessa Vavasseur, Central Regional Pecunious Grammateus, 306
Wysteria, Olympia Fields, IL 60461.
Upon completing registration, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during
the registration process.
On-Site Check-In
Please bring your financial card, registration barcode confirmation and photo identification with you to the
registration area for check-in.

Wednesday, March 11, 2020 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Thursday, March 12, 2020 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Friday, March 13, 2020 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday, March 14, 2020 8:00 AM to Noon
It is highly recommended that all
Sorors of the host chapters, Sorors
attending Graduate Advisors’ Training,
Financial Officers’ Training,
Leadership Training Institute and
Sorors arriving early, check-in on
Wednesday evening.
