General Information (continued)
Sorors from other regions wishing to attend the conference do not have to obtain approval before registering for
the 86 th Central Regional Conference. However, the following must be done. Please submit a request to be
temporarily added to the region’s Member Database using the Member Assistance Form. The Member Assistance
form is located here: https://akawebnet.aka1908.net/akaemailform/contactus.aspx
Once the form is accessed, follow the directions below:
1. From Dropdown Box, CONTACT CATEGORY: Select Event Registration Concerns
2. From Dropdown Box, EVENT TYPE: Select Regional Events (Roundup, Cluster, Regional Conferences)
3. From Dropdown Box, EVENT REGION: Select Region (that is hosting the event)
4. Click on the FINISH button to submit request.
5. Please allow at least 2 business days for the database change to occur.
To register for the event, access the region’s website-Events-Registration Website and Register. The Soror must
be financial for the current year and in good standing. The Soror should have her financial card number ready
and the Soror’s email address must be the same used to access Members Only

General members who are unable to register should follow the directions above.
Individual Sorors may register online and make payments immediately via Visa, MasterCard, American Express
or Discover only. Online registration can be accessed via the Central Region website, www.aka1908.com/central,
“Members Only” section.
On the left hand side, select Login and
type your email address; your password
will be your financial card number -
without the leading zeros. The page
will look the same, on the left-hand side
choose Upcoming Events. You should
then be able to select the event and
continue to follow the steps to register.

Please register your Honey-Do by selecting “Adult Male Activities (Guest)”, typing your Honey-Do’s name
into the Badge Name field and selecting next. You may also purchase tickets for the “Honey-Do Reception,” Step
Show and an additional Gala ticket for your Honey-Do.
When completing online registration, it is very important that Sorors who desire Vegetarian meals indicate it for
themselves and for any guest who will attend the Gala. NOTE: On-the-spot requests for vegetarian meals will not
be honored. Also, your request for a vegetarian meal will apply to all meal functions. Tickets WILL BE GIVEN TO
THOSE SORORS REQUESTING VEGETARIAN MEALS AND WILL BE COLLECTED BY THE WAITSTAFF.
