Payments
Payments at the regular registration rate must be postmarked by the close of regular registration, February 1,
2020, 11:59 p.m. CST. Payments at the late registration rate must be postmarked by the close of late registration,
February 15, 2020, 11:59 p.m.
Cashier’s Checks, Chapter Checks or Money Orders should be made payable to:

A $50 handling fee will be assessed for any chapter check returned from the bank for any reason. Chapter
registration will be delayed until the matter is cleared.
Refunds
We understand that sometimes emergencies or job commitments arise. ALL requests for refunds must be
submitted by email to crcrefund@akacentral.org for the Regional Director by February 1, 2020. Refunds
(conference registration fee ONLY) will be considered and will be processed ONLY after all conference expenses
have been paid. Please allow up to 90 days for processing. A $35 processing fee will be deducted from the
refund. Refund requests received after February 1, 2020 will not be honored. No refunds will be made
at the conference.
Conference Bags (Kits), Merchandise
Kits will be reserved for Sorors registered by the February 1, 2020 deadline in the order received. When kits
are gone, no more will be ordered, so please register early! Kits are not guaranteed for late registrants (i.e.,
registrations submitted after February 1, 2020.
Registration Material Pick-up
Sorors must present their financial card, registration barcode confirmation and photo identification to the
registration area for check-in.
Sorors unable to attend the conference should make arrangements for materials to be picked up from the
registration area by their chapter Basileus or Graduate Advisor (for Undergraduate Sorors).
No registration materials/kits or souvenirs will be mailed.
Online Registration
Sorors must use the same email address that is on file with www.aka1908.com in order to login to the online
registration site. Your password is your financial card number. If a Soror does not have an email address on file
at Corporate Office, she will not be able to use the online system to register for the conference. If you do not have
an email address and need help, your chapter Technology Committee Chairman is available to assist.
