General Information
Please take a moment to review the instructions before completing the forms in this packet. For your records, retain a
copy of each form submitted. Conference registration materials may also be found on the Central Region website:
www.aka1908.com/central.
Registration
Early registrations must be completed online on or before February 1, 2020 at 11:59 pm (CST).
Late online registrations will be accepted from February 2, 2020 to February 15, 2020 at 11
pm (CST).
THERE IS NO MANUAL REGISTRATION. Sorors requiring assistance with online registration,
please contact the Chairman of Online Registration, Soror Christie Edwards at:
onlineregistration@akacentral.org.
Updates to registrations and adding activities to an existing registration can be completed on or before February
15, 2020, 11:59 p.m. CST.
There will be NO on-site registration.
Only financial Sorors may participate in conference activities. Guests of registered Sorors cannot be
financial or non-financial Sorors.
A late fee of $50 will be assessed for Sorors who register after 11:59 pm (CST) February 1, 2020.
Chapter checks and money orders should be made payable to AKA Central Region. NO PERSONAL
CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
A Soror may substitute for another Soror by submitting a written request signed by the original Soror, designating
the name of the substitute Soror and signed and dated by the chapter Basileus. This document may be presented
to the Registration Committee upon arrival at the conference. Substitution for a graduate delegate’s registration
requires a written request from the chapter Basileus. A substitution for an undergraduate delegate’s registration
requires a written request from the chapter Basileus and/or Graduate Advisor.

Form. Please read carefully the instructions regarding where to send specific documents and the applicable
registration fee. The postmark deadline for sending documentation and fees is February 1, 2020.
All chapter financial officers are expected to register and attend the Financial Officers’ Certification. Registration
is limited to 75 attendees.
Changes to the Delegate List may be made only by the Chapter Basileus or Grammateus and only from the Official
Delegate Registration Form.
