• A Registration Committee designee will check your photo identification and financial card and confirm the
accuracy of your printed documents. After your verification is confirmed, you will be directed to the designated
areas to collect the conference bags, kits, and any prepaid merchandise.
• NOTE: DGS sorors’ crowns will be issued at registration! We encourage all new DGS sorors to wear their crowns
when they receive them throughout the regional conference.
• Seating for the Undergraduate Luncheon and for the Conference Luncheon will be assigned
according to order of receipt of the Chapter Delegate Form. There will also be seating available for
General Members. Seating for the Gala will be open on a first-come, first served basis. No one will be allowed to
hold seats for any event.
• Forms must be completed for Diamond/Golden/Silver Sorors initiated in 1945, 1970, or 1995. Sorors are asked
to select the New Diamond, New Golden, New Silver Soror Fee and add to the shopping cart. A fee of $15.00 will
be added to the soror’s registration. Each Soror will receive instructions on how to submit a digital, camera-ready
photo. The fee covers tiaras and displaying of digital photos of all honorees. Please see the
Diamond/Golden/Silver Form for submission instructions.

conference.
• All Conference business meetings and plenary sessions will be held at the Kentucky International
Convention Center.
