What is your greatest fear,
and how do you manage to
overcome the same?
The constant challenge is to
remain relevant and top of the
innovation needs of the industry
and to be dynamic to be apace
with other technological and
managerial developments. We
deal with the same with a flexible
mindset and being ever open to
the developments happening
around us and maintaining a
grip on technology and always
striving to be at the cutting edge
of technology and innovation.
What were the biggest
initial hurdles to building
your business and how did
you overcome them?
The initial hurdle was to help
our organization understand
what RPA is and how it can be
beneficial for the organizations.
Along with it we also faced
POC mania as most of the
organizations wanted us to do a
PoC for their processes.
‘It is difficult to start a
venture. But far more
difficult to maintain
it’ - How would you and
your team interpret this
saying?
It is to some extent true. However,
once a venture is started with
a group of like-minded people
with a common vision, similar
objectives in their minds, and in
whose minds the trajectory is
clearly set, half the job is done.
The rest is accomplished by
maintaining the team spirit and
remaining alive to the changing
times by bringing necessary
changes to the technology
and management within the
dynamics of group solidarity.
If you had one piece of
advice to someone just
starting out, what would
it be?
Believe in one’s own ability and
to team up with a set of like-
minded people.

Alok Mani Tripathi, Founder,
serves as the Chief Executive
Officer of RPATech. Alok’s vision for
