Why was the company set
up? And how did you expand
your company and its
offerings over the years?

While I was carrying the automation
flag around enterprises, I had
acquired huge skill sets on
managing RPA and AI in different
fields of industrial functioning
during my working with various
enterprises. I realized that RPA
implementation is different than
typical software development.
Later, I set up the company RPATech
to exclusively focus on this area
to optimize their impact on the
functioning of an organization and
to bring necessary changes to the
working styles of enterprises that
result in substantial value addition.
Can you brief us about the
history of your company?
RPATech was incepted in November
2017 with a handful of people,
with a vision to democratize
RPA; first step was to create
methodologies to ensure right way
of implementations. And we created
our own tools to assist in discovery
and AI elements. We believed
in partner-led strategy. We are
partners with UiPath, Automation
Anywhere, Softomotive, Datamatics,
Enate, etc. RPATech acquired its first
Customer in March 2018 post which
there was no looking back. RPATech
has delivered innovative intelligent
automation solutions to many
enterprises. RPATech’s training
division has trained more than
1000 people on RPA platform.
This year RPATech has won the
‘Top 10 Most Intelligent Automation
Company’ award and was chosen
as a top company among the ‘20
RPA companies-2019’. RPATech, a
pure-play RPA Company, started
its journey with a clear focus on
cognitive and service delivery
automation with development
of RPA talent in industry to
help support quick adoption of
RPA. We started with a partner-
led strategy with leading RPA
tools like UiPath, Automation
Anywhere and SoftoMotive. We
are the only Franchisee training
partner of UiPath. Our aim was to
help enterprises adopt RPA with
minimum teething trouble.
