 SUMMER 2026 YOUTH CULINARY INSTITUTE
 JUNIOR IRON CHEFS 2026 Week 1 July 6th-July 10th, 2026( Grades 5th-9th) Fee: $ 325 – 10 students per class- Enfield HS – Room C131 Monday-Friday 9 am-2 pm Bring Take Home Containers, Lunch & Water Bottle Instructor: Chef Joshua Ogrodowski( Chef Josh) We will explore the commercial kitchen, cooking various recipes with different themes daily. While cooking, students will learn and practice baking, sauteing, pan frying, whisking, folding, stirring, and knife skills, and make various themes to create different foods daily from breakfast to pasta to sandwiches to grilling. Join us on Friday for our student-designed lunch to end the week too!

While cooking, students will learn and practice baking, sauteing, pan frying, whisking, folding, stirring, and knife skills, and make various foods like sushi, pineapple fried rice, empanadas, creole rice, pierogies, shepherd’ s pie, jollof rice, chicken alfredo, and more! Join us on Friday for our student-designed lunch to end the week, too!
 INTERNATIONAL BAKING & PASTRY INSTITUTE 2026 Week 3 July 20th-July 24th, 2026( Grades 5th-9th) Fee: $ 325 – 10 students per class – Enfield HS – Room C131 Monday-Friday 9 am-2 pm Bring Take Home Containers, Lunch & Water Bottle- Instructor: Chef Joshua Ogrodowski( Chef Josh) We will explore the commercial kitchen, cooking various recipes with different themes daily. While baking, students explore the concepts of cookies, cakes, quick breads, and yeast bread throughout the world! On Friday, they will share a family pastry exhibition where visitors can come in and sample some treats from each group. Some foods include French macarons, cannoli, tiramisu, eclairs, and so much more!
