MOTHER SAUCES( Thursday) Enfield HS – 6:00 – 9:00 p. m.- Jan. 22nd ROOM C131( Enter Door # 47 or 48 near cafe) Fee $ 85 – Chef Joshua Ogrodowski( Materials fee included) No Senior Discount In this class the chef will be teaching about the five leading sauces which are bechamel, espagnole, velouté, hollandaise and tomato. We’ ll be making classical sauce and some derivatives like hollandaise and bearnaise, bechamel and mornay( cheese), tomato and creole, velouté and supreme( chicken gravy) plus much more to pair with foods.

In this fun and engaging class, we’ re making some favorites like pepperoni pizza rolls, garlic parm wings, taco dip, sliders, chicken nachos, chicken taquitos, bacon wrapped jalapeno bites plus much more.

Make delicious dishes like spring rolls, egg rolls, steamed dumplings, Szechuan beef and more.

In this class, we’ ll explore the delicious foods it entails, like king cake, beignets, etouffee, gumbo, and jambalaya.

We’ re making a lot of different kinds of gourmet pierogies like brie and fig, short rib, pumpkin, loaded baked potato, and apple crisp.
