RUTLEDGE STATE PRISON We are excited to announce that Hawk VIII and Justin VII, the first two service-trained dogs in the Canine Companion Program at Rutledge SP, have successfully graduated and been matched as service dogs. Hawk VIII will be serving with a veteran, while Justin VII will assist victims during interviews, including child advocacy interviews, medical examinations, and court proceedings
