ATLANTA & MACON TRANSITIONAL CENTERS Congratulations to residents at Atlanta TC and Macon TC who recently completed the Fatherhood Program. This initiative equips participants to become better fathers and mentors to their children while focusing on rebuilding relationships, restoring trust, and bridging the gap created by lost time.
WHITWORTH WOMEN’ S FACILITY At Whitworth Women’ s Facility, a North Carolina-based nonprofit, Forgiven Ministry, hosted a Marvelous Moms event. Twenty-one mothers had a full day of fun activities with their children, during which they focused on and maintained the mother-child bond.
BACON TRANSITIONAL CENTER At Bacon TC, Wiregrass Georgia Technical College facilitated a 3-week Mobile Electrical Wiring Course teaching electrical theory, wiring and installation, safety procedures and the use of common hardware and materials. The facility hosted a graduation for the Mobile Electrical Wiring Course and to celebrate residents who had completed their GED’ s.
