WALKER STATE PRISON Walker State Prison recently hosted a Kairos Retreat for offenders, concentrating on personal growth, self-reflection, and the adoption of positive life changes. The retreat included structured group discussions and mentorship, aiming to create a respectful and supportive environment that encourages meaningful dialogue and personal development among participants.
COLWELL PROBATION CENTER At Colwell PDC, 9 detainees graduated from RESCUED- a dog rescue and rehabilitation program. The 12-week program offers a curriculum designed to provide essential skills that enhance employment opportunities and gives both the detainees and dogs a second chance.
PAULDING RESIDENTIAL SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT CENTER At Paulding RSAT, volunteers from Berean Church of Christ held a religious ceremony for 7 offenders. We appreciate the compassion and dedication of our volunteers, who offer essential support and guidance to those navigating their journeys with the GDC.
