INFORMATION

WHO OVERSEES THE PROCESS? The Electoral Committee and the Central Polling Table are the two bodies responsible for ensuring the proper conduct of the elections. Both are composed of five members selected in the draw held on 10 February.
Electoral Committee According to Article 44.4 of the Club Statutes, the Electoral Committee supervises and oversees the electoral process up until election day. The member J. Ignacio Soler-Cabot Serra has been appointed Chair of the Electoral Committee, and the remaining members are Jordi Serra Macià, Gerard Coderch Bastias, Mercè Ibarz Domingo and Antoni Ortega i Bayo.
Central Polling Table According to Article 45.4 of the Statutes, the Central Polling Table presides over and manage the voting and counting on 15 March, ensuring that all members can exercise their right to vote. Together with the Electoral Committee, the Central Polling Table also publishes the results of the elections. The Central Polling Table is composed of four male members and one female member: Miquel Alcon i Salles( President), Rafel Villa i Aledo( Secretary), Guillem Medina Martínez, Josep Solé Molina and Cristina Crusafón Moya. Of these five members, three were appointed as a result of the draw on 10 February. As the number of substitutes was insufficient to complete the full membership, in accordance with Article 44.3 of the Club Statutes, two members were appointed by the Board of Directors.
WHO CAN VOTE? The final electoral roll is made up of a total of 114,504 members entitled to vote. Those eligible to vote must meet the following conditions:
- Be of legal age and not legally incapacitated.- Have been a member for at least one year.- Not have their membership suspended.
Be included in the current electoral roll.
WHERE CAN MEMBERS VOTE? With the aim of facilitating participation by as many people as possible and decentralising the vote, the Club has set up five voting points in the four Catalan provinces( Barcelona, Girona, Lleida and Tarragona) and another in the Principality of Andorra. The electoral roll is universal and therefore members may vote in any of these districts, regardless of their place of residence.
WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO VOTE? Members must present to the presiding officer at the polling station their national identity card( DNI) or an official document proving the voter’ s identity, such as a driving licence or passport. For foreign members, only their passport is valid. Members must also bring their 2026 Club membership card in order to access the voting premises. The official document( DNI, passport, driving licence) must be the original; photocopies will not be accepted. In
