the case of members over the age of 70, a DNI or passport will be accepted even if it expired before 2025, as these documents are considered indefinite from that age.
WHAT ARE THE POLLING STATION LIKE? Each Polling Station Table is composed of a presiding officer and a polling clerk, who must be properly accredited and are the only people allowed to sit. Each table will have:
- Ballot box- List of members assigned to vote at that table.- Official vote monitoring sheet.- Two bags for storing envelopes and ballots in the box once counting is completed.
WHAT ARE THE BALLOT PAPERS LIKE? The ballot papers will be the physical, original ballots provided by the Club. They can be collected at the moment of voting from the designated areas clearly identified at the various voting locations. The following will be provided for the voting process:
HOW WILL THE COUNTING BE CARRIED OUT?
1. When the Central Polling Table gives the order, counting begins. 2. The ballot boxes are unsealed. 3. The presiding officers of each Polling Station Table open the envelopes and read the ballot papers aloud.
4. Each ballot paper is placed on the corresponding spike at each Polling Station Table.
5. The poll clerk records each vote on the vote count sheet.
6. The presiding officer records the result in the count record: the votes for each candidate, the blank votes, and invalid votes, which must correspond to the total number of members who voted at that Polling Station Table.
7. Any incident must be noted in the observations section of the record.
8. The presiding officer and the poll clerk sign the counting record and deliver it to the Electoral Table.
