Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) must identify and update at least one emergency contact for the Child. This individual is authorized to make necessary decisions regarding the Child if the School is unable to contact either Parent / Guardian.
The School reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withhold or terminate enrolment if the frequency or duration of parental absences is deemed to interfere with the Student ' s education, safety, or well-being.
4.3 Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) with Separate Households
The School recognizes that Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) may maintain separate Households, and that the Child may reside in both. In such cases:

When both Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) reside within the Metro Vancouver Region and share lawful decision-making responsibilities, either Parent / Guardian may act as the Single-Source Authority, with their decisions binding upon both.
When a household is outside of the Metro Vancouver Region, the Parent / Guardian residing within the Metro Vancouver Region will be treated as the primary point of contact for official notification, as established by the Principle of Single-Source Authority( See Section 3).
The School ' s administrative responsibilities are governed by the residency details recorded in the Student ' s file; it is the responsibility of the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) to keep these details up to date.
4.4 Obligation to Report Changes
It is the joint and several responsibility of all Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) to immediately inform the School in writing of any change concerning the Student ' s residency, including:

Any change in contact information( mailing address, email, phone numbers) for either Parent / Guardian or any of the Child ' s Households.
● Any change in the Household where the Child primarily resides. ●
Any planned change in residency that would result in all Parents / Guardians residing outside the School ' s defined catchment area.
