Jeopardizes the School’ s ability to guarantee the dignity and safety of another School community member;
Interferes with the effective teaching or learning of others; or ●​ Negatively impacts the School climate and / or the School’ s reputation.
Should the School expel a Student, Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) must remove the Student immediately and will not be entitled to any refund or forgiveness of fees or charges due. The School may, at its discretion, refund any deposit or payment toward enrolment for the next School Year.
Any Child who is expelled is not eligible for enrolment in future years.
Section 11: ​
Parent / Guardian Cooperation and Responsibilities
11.1​ Required Cooperation and Support
The School requires the cooperation of Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) to support the educational program and maintain a constructive learning environment. Required cooperation includes, but is not limited to:

Ensuring all information disclosed to the School about the Child and Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) is accurate, truthful, and current.
●​ Upholding the attendance responsibilities stated in the Parent and Student Handbook. ●​
Supporting the Child in understanding and upholding their conduct obligations as outlined in the Student Code of Conduct, the Responsible Use of Technology Agreement, the Policy to Prevent Bullying and Harassment, and the Academic Integrity Agreement.
●​ Supporting the School’ s educational program, content, instructional approaches, and methods. ●​
Attending meetings and providing updates when the Child ' s best interests require direct communication.
11.2​ Duty of Care and Health Reporting Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) must actively support the School in fulfilling its duty of care by:

Annually completing the Back to School Questionnaire to confirm or update health information( physical and mental).
●​ Ensuring the School has current contact information for Parents / Guardians and, at a minimum, one emergency contact, and immediately alerting the School to any changes to phone number, email address, or household address.

Informing the School in a timely manner of any developing health or medical condition that could affect the Student’ s education or the School’ s operations.
Communicating openly and promptly regarding any change in family structure or dynamic that may impact the Child ' s well-being( e. g., separation, divorce, loss of a close family member).
