The full amount of the statement balance must be paid by the first of the month following the month in which the statement is issued.
Failure by Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) to make any payment by the deadline for payment will constitute a fundamental breach of the Enrolment Agreement, and in addition to any other legal rights it may have, the School may take any of the following steps:
● where there is an overdue amount as of December 1, refuse enrolment for the Student for the next Academic Year;
● where there is an overdue amount as of August 1, treat the Student as not being enrolled and refuse to permit the Student to start the upcoming School Year at the School;
● require payment in full of all fees, including the full amount of the Annual Tuition Fee, prior to treating the Student as enrolled for future years;
● refuse to allow the Student to participate in discretionary co-curricular activities or excursions, including but not limited to any graduation event;
● for Students entering Grades 8 to 12, restrict them from selecting courses for the next School Year;
● refuse to register the Student for and / or proctor a non-Crofton House School Advanced Placement examination; and
● refuse to allow the Student to participate in on-campus learning( classes or co-curricular activities) while continuing to support the Student’ s learning for a period of up to 1 month, after which, if full payment remains outstanding, the School will proceed to terminate enrolment as outlined in the Enrolment Policy.
All overdue accounts are charged interest at six percent( 6 %) per annum on the fifteenth and last day of each month.
A change in family circumstances does not relieve Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) from the obligation to pay all fees and expenses.

Recovery of Overdue Amounts: The School, at its discretion, may take action against any or all Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) to recover unpaid fees or costs.
Third-Party Payments: The School may, at its sole and complete discretion, accept or refuse payment from a party that is not the Student’ s Parent( s)/ Guardian( s). If the School accepts such a payment, the ultimate responsibility for ensuring the full payment remains with the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s).
Financial Assistance: While awarded Financial Assistance reduces the Annual Tuition Fee, it does not relieve Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) from any other obligation under the Enrolment Agreement.
