Any tuition paid is a fee owing and paid to the School and is not a credit that can be directed elsewhere.
8.4​ Additional Withdrawal Obligations
Upon withdrawal, Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) may be required to pay the School an amount to offset the loss of the Independent School Grant due to lack of required attendance hours, as determined by the BC Ministry of Education and Child Care.
The Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) must ensure the return of all loaned materials, including School-owned, Student-issued devices and textbooks. If the property is unreturned or damaged, Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) must pay the reasonable cost determined by the School.
Any credit balance remaining after all amounts owing have been paid will be refunded to the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) upon closing the Student’ s account.
8.5​ Re-Enrolment Following Withdrawal
A Child who has been withdrawn and seeks to enrol in a future year must reapply for admission in the same manner as other non-student applicants. The School may, in its sole discretion, waive certain aspects of the application process based on the length of the disenrollment.
