● Continue to withhold enrolment for a period up to June 1. ●
Provide notice to the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) of the termination of the Student’ s membership at the School as of the end of the current school year, and that the Student will not be eligible for enrolment for the following school year.
6.5 Resolution of Hold
If the School concludes, on or before June 1, that the concerns giving rise to the hold have been resolved, the enrolment process will immediately proceed:

The School will provide the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) with the Notification of Enrolment and access to the Enrolment Agreement.
The Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) will be required to immediately make all payments provided for in the Enrolment Agreement that should have been paid by that date.
Section 7:
Deferring Enrolment
7.1 Right to Deferral and School Discretion
Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) do not have the unilateral right to defer a Student ' s enrolment for the next academic year. The decision to accept or reject any request for enrolment deferral rests solely and entirely with the School ' s discretion.

The School will only consider a request to defer enrolment for a maximum of one academic year.
Requests to defer a Student’ s first year of enrolment will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
The School will not defer the first year of enrolment for a Student with a Conditional Offer of Acceptance to Junior Kindergarten.
7.2 Requirements for Deferral Consideration
To be considered, a request to defer enrolment must be submitted in writing to the Director of Admission( admissions @ croftonhouse. ca) on or before September 1 of the year of intended enrolment, and must include the following mandatory documentation: ● The compelling rationale for the deferral request. ●

A plan detailing how the Child ' s continuity of learning will be provided during the deferral period.
Affirmation that the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) will take all reasonable steps to ensure the Child will be prepared to rejoin her Grade Cohort following the deferral.
A commitment to satisfy the financial conditions for deferral as outlined in the Enrolment Agreement.
