The School may reimburse Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) the amount of any payments made toward the Annual Tuition Fee for the following Academic Year.
Section 10:
Termination of Agreement
10.1 Unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms herein, this Enrolment Agreement will terminate at the end of the Academic Year to which it applies.
10.2 The School may terminate this Enrolment Agreement in advance of the end of the Academic Year to which it applies, without advance notice for cause if:

Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) have failed to make any of the payments provided for in Section 3 of this Enrolment Agreement, and full payment remains outstanding for a period of 1 month;
the School learns that the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) made a substantial misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to the School, or withheld relevant information from the School relating to the student’ s enrolment or education at the School; or
Student and / or Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) breach Section 9 of this Enrolment Agreement.
10.3 If the School has cause to terminate this Enrolment Agreement in accordance with Section 10.2 of this Enrolment Agreement, Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) will be obligated to pay any outstanding amounts owing pursuant to this Enrolment Agreement, and the School will have no obligation to refund any payments already made by the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) pursuant to this Enrolment Agreement.
10.4 The School may terminate this Enrolment Agreement by providing notice to the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) if:

10.4.2
10.4.3 the School determines that it is unable to provide all or a significant portion of the educational services necessary for the Student;
the School determines it cannot adequately support the Student’ s social or emotional development; or
pursuant to the School’ s Gender Identity Policy, the Child’ s gender identity does not permit their continued enrolment at the School.
10.5 Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) may initiate the termination of this Enrolment Agreement at any time by submitting a request for withdrawal and complying with the obligations provided for in Section 7 of this Enrolment Agreement.
10.6 If the School is prevented from performing all of its obligations due to a Disruptive Event for a continuous period of more than six( 6) months, the School shall notify Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) of the steps the School plans to take to perform its obligations after such period. Upon receiving such notice, Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) shall be
