entitled to terminate this Enrolment Agreement by providing 30 days written notice to the School of termination due to a Disruptive Event, in which case the School will review the circumstances and may, in its sole discretion, provide to Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) a credit or refund of some or all of the Annual Tuition Fee paid for that Academic Year.
10.7 The termination of this Enrolment Agreement will not relieve Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) from any payment obligation under Section 2 of this Enrolment Agreement that has not yet been fulfilled, which obligation will survive the termination of the Enrolment Agreement. For clarity, the termination of this Enrolment Agreement does not relieve Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) of their obligation to pay any unpaid amount provided for in Section 3 of this Enrolment Agreement.
Agreement
The Parent / Guardian signing below must have the legal authority to enter into an agreement with Crofton House School on behalf of all of their Child’ s Parents / Guardians with decision-making responsibility for the Student, as empowered by the Single-Source Authority Principle.
All the following statements must be confirmed and agreed to by checking the corresponding boxes, as part of agreeing to and completing this Enrolment Agreement:
I warrant that I have the legal authority to enter into this agreement with Crofton House School and that I hold parental and / or guardian responsibilities and decision-making authority for the student named on this form.
I warrant that I have the legal authority to legally bind all parents and guardians of the student named in this form to the terms and conditions provided for in this Enrolment Agreement.
I confirm that I have read, understood and accept all the terms and conditions of this Enrolment Agreement, including but not limited to: accepting responsibility for the timely payment of all amounts owing to the School; and adhering to all School policies and agreements referenced herein, including but not limited to the 2026-2027 CHS Enrolment Policy.
I confirm that I have had the opportunity to seek professional advice before entering into and agreeing to this Enrolment Agreement.
