Section 9:
Conditions of Enrolment
9.1 It is a condition of enrolment that the Student and Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) agree to review and comply with all applicable School policies, including but not limited to the following Governing Policies( the“ Governing Policies”):

9.2 It is a condition of enrolment that the Student and Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) also review and agree to the following Supplemental Agreements( the“ Supplemental Agreements”):

Responsible Use of Technology Agreement Online School and Faculty Directories: Access and Use Agreement Personal Information Protection Policy & Consent
9.3 By executing the Enrolment Agreement, the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) acknowledge that they have read and understood the Personal Information Protection Policy & Consent, and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their and their Child’ s personal information as described within that Policy.
9.4 If a Student or Parent / Guardian fails to comply with their obligations under the Governing Policies or breaches the terms of one or both of the Additional Enrolment Agreements, it will constitute a fundamental breach of this Enrolment Agreement in response to which the School may sanction or discipline the Student and / or Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) in a manner outlined in the Enrolment Policies, up to and including suspension or expulsion of the Student from the School.
9.5 If, as provided for in Section 10.4 of the Enrolment Policy, the School exercises its right to expel a Student from the School:

Student’ s Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) must immediately remove the Student from the School;
Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) forfeit the full amount of the Annual Tuition Fee for the Academic Year in which the expulsion takes place, and in that regard
9.5.2.1
9.5.2.2 will not be entitled to a refund or credit for any amounts of the Annual Tuition Fee for that Academic Year already paid; and
must immediately pay to the School in full any unpaid amount of the Annual Tuition Fee for that Academic Year; and
