5.1.7​ require payment in full of all fees, including the full amount of the Annual Tuition Fee, prior to treating the Student as enrolled for future years;
refuse to allow the Student to participate in discretionary co-curricular activities or excursions, including but not limited to any graduation event;
for Students entering Grades 8 to 12, restrict them from selecting courses for the next School Year;
refuse to register the Student for and / or proctor a non-Crofton House School Advanced Placement examination; and
refuse to allow the Student to participate in on-campus learning( classes or co-curricular activities) while continuing to support the Student’ s learning for a period of up to 1 month, after which, if full payment continues to be outstanding, the School will move to terminate enrolment as outlined in the Enrolment Policy.
5.2​ Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) will be charged interest at 6 % per annum on any overdue amounts on the fifteenth and last day of each month.
5.3​ Should the School take steps to recover any overdue amounts, the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) will be responsible for all costs incurred by the School in that effort, including reasonable legal fees.
Section 6: ​
Enrolment Deferral
6.1​ A request for enrolment deferral must be submitted in writing to the Director of Admission before September 1. For the School to consider the request, the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) must have paid in full the Annual Tuition Fee and the Independent School Grant for the School Year for which the deferral is requested.
6.2​ The decision to accept or reject any request for enrolment deferral rests solely and entirely with the School ' s discretion.
6.3​ If the School accepts the deferral request, the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) must pay a further amount determined by the School to offset the potential loss of the Independent School Grant associated with the deferral. The School will calculate this specific amount based on current information from the Ministry of Education and Child Care and will communicate directly to the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s).
Section 7: ​
Withdrawal
7.1​ A request to withdraw from the School must be made in writing to the Head of School and must be signed by all Parent( s)/ Guardian( s).
7.2​ Where the School receives a request to withdraw from the School: 7.2.1​ the School will retain, and the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) will not be entitled to a refund of, the non-refundable Tuition Deposit;
