3.5 If neither Parent / Guardian of a Student qualifies for the Independent School Grant under the Independent School Act, they will be required to pay an additional fee of $ 5,000 in accordance with the Enrolment Policy.
3.6 If a Student’ s attendance at School results in the School not receiving the full amount of the Independent School Grant for the Student, the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) will be required to pay an additional fee to offset the loss to the School, as calculated by the School.
3.7 Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) must pay the full amount billed to them in the School ' s monthly statements by the first of the month following the date of issuance.
3.8 The School reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or refuse payment made by any party other than the Student ' s Parent( s)/ Guardian( s).
