Section 1:
Definitions
1.1 Unless otherwise provided herein, terms used in this Enrolment Agreement are as defined in the CHS Enrolment Policy.
Section 2:
Authority to Enter and Responsibility for this Agreement
2.1 By executing this Enrolment Agreement, the Parent / Guardian that executes it warrants that they have authority to enter into this Enrolment Agreement and that they have authority to and are thereby binding the Student and all Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) of the Student to the terms and conditions of this Enrolment Agreement.
2.2 All Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) responsible for enrolling the Student are responsible for full compliance with the terms and conditions set out herein, and are jointly and severally liable for any breach of any term or condition by the Student or any Parent / Guardian.
2.3 Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) who enrol a Student at the School remain liable to the School for all of the fees and incidental expenses due pursuant to this Enrolment Agreement, except where the School has expressly agreed in writing to accept payment exclusively from another person.
2.4 Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) must consult with each other so far as decisions regarding their Child are concerned. The School may treat:

2.4.2 any direction, instruction, authority, request or prohibition communicated to the School by one Parent / Guardian as having been given on behalf of all Parent( s)/ Guardian( s); and
any communication from the School to one Parent / Guardian as having been provided to all Parent( s)/ Guardian( s).
2.5 If prior to or during the term of this Enrolment Agreement, a Court issues an order impacting the guardianship over the Student of a Parent / Guardian, it does not relieve any Parent / Guardian from any obligations under this Agreement. That notwithstanding, in such circumstances, the School may, at its sole discretion, elect to enforce the obligations under this Enrolment Agreement against one Parent / Guardian and hold them responsible for full compliance.
Section 3:
Payment of Tuition and Fees
3.1 In order to enrol a Student at the School for the 2026-2027 School Year, Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) must pay the Annual Tuition Fee of $ 35,300 to the School, including a $ 3,000 non-refundable Tuition Deposit by February 1.
3.2 Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) of a Student who is enrolled in the English + Program for the first time in the 2026-2027 School Year will have an additional amount of $ 40,000
