Academic Year: 2026-2027 Enrolment Agreement Between Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) and Crofton House School
Recitals
WHEREAS the School is an independent, non-profit educational institution operating under the authority of the British Columbia Independent School Act, committed to delivering its stated educational mission and programming;
AND WHEREAS the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) wish to enrol the Child at the School and acknowledge that such enrolment is a privilege granted by the School and not an automatic right;
AND WHEREAS the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) have received, reviewed, and fully understand the School’ s official Enrolment Policy, including all referenced documents such as the Codes of Conduct;
AND WHEREAS the School requires the commitment of the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) to adhere to all policies, pay all applicable tuition and fees in a timely manner, and actively support the School ' s educational program and philosophy throughout the period of the Child ' s enrolment;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parent( s)/ Guardian( s) and the School agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Enrolment Agreement.
