Tim Kynoch is the Fleet Engineering & Strategy Manager at Ausgrid, where he oversees a fleet of 2,200 assets, including 120 electric vehicles( EVs) across passenger, light commercial, and heavy vehicle categories. With over five years in this role, Tim has been instrumental in leading the transition to electric vehicles, from strategic planning and vehicle supply to charging installation. He has also played a key role in managing long-term asset acquisition programs, with a focus on sourcing strategies for high value assets. His expertise extends to asset management, financial oversight, and compliance with national standards.

Lisa has had a diverse career spanning multiple industries. With 10 years as a physiotherapist, 20 years in in aviation and now 6 years in the energy distribution sector, Lisa brings a wealth of experience to her role as Fleet Planning & Services Lead. She is committed to her team and ensuring they have systems and processes in place for the smooth operation of fleet functions. A career highlight for Lisa was helping implement IVMS, as she cares deeply about the safety of our teams and ensuring they get home to their families.

Before joining Ausgrid, Tim served as Head of Fleet at GoGet Carshare, where he managed a fleet of 3,000 vehicles across five states and significantly expanded operations during his tenure. His career also includes ten years of service in the Australian Army, where he gained extensive experience in logistics, fleet management, and project management. Tim ' s leadership extends beyond fleet management, as he is an active member of the Australian Standards Committee for AS1418.

He’ s spent the last decade focused on the energy transition, with a focus on transmission and distribution network efficiency and modernisation in roles spanning strategy development, transformation operations, and asset management.

Anna is a sustainability practitioner specialising in energy management and transport decarbonisation. Anna has supported the development and implementation of several energy efficiency and renewable projects both in Europe and Australia. In late 2019, she joined the policy team that developed the first Electric Vehicle policy for NSW. She currently leads the electric fleets and EV integration programs at NSW Government.
