ROB MILDENHALL CRAIG NEWLAND
Executive General Manager ADAS, National Windscreens
Rob Mildenhall is an experienced senior manager with 43 years in the automotive arena, leading and directing sales teams in delivering rewarding results to his stakeholders across the automotive supply chain in the OEM and collision industry sectors.
Since 2018, he recognised the approaching technical tsunami in ADAS systems being adopted by leading manufacturers and has applied himself to this sector, interacting with leading ADAS equipment suppliers, specialist ADAS service providers and supporting the need to provide OEM repair methods to the independent repair sector operating in this space.
MICHAEL MILLS
Fleet Manager, Essential Energy
Michael is an accomplished asset management and operations practitioner, with over 20 of experience in a variety of maintenance and leadership roles.
With a career spanning multiple sectors, Michael has been involved in the management of a diverse range of fleets including off-road Mining, Mobile Cranes, Civil equipment and Heavy Haulage.
Holding mechanical trade background and a Diploma of Leadership, Michael has also completed a Leadership Development Program with Mt Eliza Business School and is currently undertaking a MBA with the University of Newcastle.
KRITI NAGRATH
Research Principal, UTS
Kriti Nagrath is a Research Principal with the Institute for Sustainable Futures, University of Technology Sydney. As an environmental scientist, her experience spans public and private sectors focusing on relevant issues of sustainability. An environmental scientist by training, her experience spans public and private sectors focusing on germane issues of sustainability and climate change. Her focus is understanding sustainability transitions looking at the role of enabling factors like policy, stakeholder engagement and sustainable finance. She is currently developing innovative pilots for accelerating the transition towards electric vehicles and electrification of transport in Australia. She has managed research studies investigating innovative approaches to integrating distributed energy resources with the grid, exploring themes of energy efficiency, demand response and network support.

Director- Policy and Research, Australian Automobile Association( AAA)
Craig Newland has worked at the Australian Automobile Association for 16 years.
As the Director – Policy and Research, he leads the team responsible for the development of the AAA’ s evidence-based policies, underpinned by research and data on topics including safety, equity and sustainability, as well as the AAA Road Safety Research Program.
The AAA’ s constituent member clubs are the NRMA, RACV, RACQ, RAA, RAC, RACT and AANT.
The AAA represents consumer interests and is an apolitical and technology-neutral advocate for federal transport policy that improves safety, equity, and sustainability.
Craig is a mechanical engineer and has previously been involved with research into magnesium-based alloys, as well as working in airbag development and crash testing for a Tier 1 automotive supplier, and vehicle standards research and development for the Australian Government.
