Brian Fielkow has spent over 25 years owning and leading companies in highhazard, unforgiving environments, with a special focus on transportation and logistics. He has learned that safety is not a department. It’ s a way of life. Safety is at the foundation of profitable, operationally excellent businesses.
Today, as Executive Vice President of Risk Resources at Acrisure, Brian develops safety and risk management programs for companies worldwide.
NATHAN GORE-BROWN
Director, ZEV Integrations
Nathan Gore-Brown has 30 years in the automotive industry and 9 years as a Zero Emissions Vehicle( ZEV) specialist. Nathan is a leading expert on transport decarbonisation and electric vehicle strategies in Australia. He has held various roles in the automotive industry, including with Aston Martin, Caterpillar, Revora and Tesla. He has supported and operated traditional and alternatively fuelled vehicle fleets and continues support fleets with his consultancy, ZEV Integrations.
MICHAEL GREGOREVIC
EV Offer Lead, ANZ region, bp
Michael is bp’ s EV charging lead for Fleets across Australia and New Zealand, supporting their decarbonisation plans with access to EV charging advice and solutions.
Michael has degrees in Mechatronics Engineering and Computer Science, along with a Masters of Business Administration, and has more than 20 years industry experience, 16 of which was at Ford Australia’ s Research & Engineering Division. Michael has also co-authored guidelines for Austroads on the design, installation, operation and maintenance EV charging infrastructure.
KRISTIAN HANDBERG
Head of Future Business, JET Charge
Kristian Handberg is the Head of Future Business for JET Charge – one of Australia’ s leading EV charging solution providers. He formerly led Electric Vehicles for AGL Energy and Viva / Shell and has deep experience in both the electricity and transport sectors. His current role focuses on business model innovation and growth, including JET Charge’ s response for the Australian Government Future Fuels Program.
GERRARD GOSENS
Gerrard Gosens’ story is a testament to his indomitable spirit. Despite being born blind, he has always faced challenges head-on, fuelled by his passion for life. As a highly accomplished professional athlete with an impressive collection of medals and awards, Gerrard is no stranger to overcoming obstacles. His fierce commitment to seizing opportunities and giving his all to every endeavour defines his outlook on life.
Whether it’ s, conquering Mount Everest, showcasing his dancing skills on national television, or creating handmade chocolates for his Café and retail store, Gerrard is determined to give his all. After representing Australia in Athletics at three Paralympic Games, he transitioned to triathlons due to an injury. Once again, Gerrard pushed himself to achieve elite levels, becoming a world-class athlete participating in the 2020 Paratriathlon in Tokyo and the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. Gerrard has recently pivoted to marathon swimming taking on the English Channel and the Manhattan Island swim.

Executive Director Australasian Fleet Management Association( AfMA)
With almost 40 year’ s commercial experience spanning retail automotive, general insurance and fleet management, Mace has been the Executive Director of the Australasian Fleet Management Association( AfMA) for the past 10 years. Mace is an accountant by trade and held CFO, General Management and National Sales roles throughout his career.
Mace is a strong advocate for new and emerging technologies which goes hand in glove for his passion for people development. During his time with AfMA, he worked with Swinburne University to develop a Diploma of Leadership & Management contextualised for the fleet and automotive industries, in 2021 launched AfMA’ s Personal Develop Series assisting people to become the best versions of themselves and in 2022 launched AfMA’ s first mentoring program.
