Manager, National Fleet Relationships & Strategy
Anika Cardamone has established a successful career at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia, amassing nearly 18 years of valuable experience within the company. Beginning in Human Resources, she later transitioned to the Aftersales Division before assuming the role of Project Manager for Toyota Insurance. Anika has now embraced the pivotal position of Manager, National Fleet Sales, Relationships & Strategy. In this capacity, she oversees the Toyota for Business portfolio, devises and implements fleet sales and pricing strategies, and leads the National Fleet sales efforts. Anika is renowned for her strong interpersonal skills, love for tackling challenges, and proficiency in problemsolving.
JEROME CARSLAKE
Director, National Road Safety Partnership Program( NRSPP)
Jerome Carslake is the Director of the National Road Safety Partnership Program( NRSPP) which is delivered by the Monash University Accident Research Centre. Jerome has extensive knowledge in workplace road safety management, program delivery and the collaborative development of solutions.
Jerome’ s origins are from the northern wheat belt of Western Australia and his background is in agricultural science, project management, strategic research and stakeholder engagement. His passion in teamwork and collaboration originate from his rowing at an elite level as both a rower and coach. The development of NRSPP draws on all of these skills with the program steadily expanding and promoting a positive road safety culture in the workplace.

Corporate Affairs Manager & Market Analyst, Cox Automotive
Mike Costello is Australian Corporate Affairs Manager for global vehicle services and remarketing firm Cox Automotive, which in this market owns Manheim wholesale asset auctions and produces a number of retail software products for car dealers.
Cox Automotive works closely with automotive OEMs, dealers, financial companies, insurers, fleets, governments and more as part of its operations. Much of Mike’ s role is to provide thought leadership and market analysis, tracking the used and new car landscape and data closely.

A seasoned product strategist and UX leader, he brings over 25 years of experience across a wide range of technology businesses, most recently serving as Head of Design, Product at Atlassian. Robert specializes in scalable SaaS platforms and intuitive digital experiences that simplify complex decisions. Roev’ s current focus is on integrating fuel, charging, telematics, and energy data to help fleets reduce costs and emissions— driving the transition to a more sustainable future.

Country Manager- Energy Business Solutions, Ampol Group
Reece Favios is the National Fleet Manager at Bradnam ' s Windows and Doors, with a robust background in fleet management and logistics. He began his career as a driver at Bevchain, where he advanced over 12 years to become a Transport Supervisor. Reece then transitioned to fleet management at Altus Traffic, enhancing safety, compliance, and process improvements. At Bradnam ' s, he leverages his extensive experience to drive cost reductions, optimize fleet operations, and collaborate closely with the safety team to improve safety and compliance.
