Working closely with physicians on the medical staff and volunteers who graciously give their time , there is a strong sense of pride for being associated with a nationallyrecognized hospital specializing in heart and vascular care and a choice for many clinicians and patients .
The culture at Baylor Scott & White Heart and Vascular Hospital encourages all employees to value every role and every position . Not a single recognition day for one discipline is celebrated , rather the entire team celebrates “ Partners in Care Week ” annually , which signifies that we are “ all in it together .”
Each employee develops a commitment statement to summarize his / her reason for being in the role chosen and for striving to give his / her best to patients , families and each other .
