Trade shows
Trade shows have long been an essential channel for helping our retail partners stay current with food trends and access showonly discounts . In FY24 , KeHE ® hit record sales and attendance at both the KeHE Holiday and Summer Shows .
Our additional tabletop , customer , and association shows helped build customer and supplier ties and feature new product opportunities . They often feature our KeHE Fresh Marketplace ™ assortment and highlight product innovation , KeHE ® On Trend ® award winners , product sampling and serving ideas , and show-only deals .
This year , we also engaged new business channels with our first-ever participation at the National Association of Convenience Stores ( NACS ) Show in Atlanta and several international shows .
NACS is the largest global event for Convenience retailers . This year ’ s event in Atlanta included more than 23,000 attendees from 70 + countries . KeHE ’ s debut in the New Exhibitor area was well-received by both retailers and KeHE suppliers , many of whom attended the show as well .
International Trade Shows KeHE strives to be the full-service solution for international brands entering the U . S . market . That ’ s why our Leadership and Category Management teams have attended shows in Toronto , Spain , Germany , and Greece , choosing almost a dozen new brands to introduce to KeHE ’ s diverse product assortment .
Several new international shows are slated for next fiscal year with a goal to double the international brands we offer today .
We hit record sales and attendance at both the KeHE Holiday and Summer Shows in FY24 .
New retailer programs
The Custom Order RPA project automates the manual and time-consuming custom order entry process . Eighty percent of all custom order lines that come through Customer Care are now entered through this process , resulting in better service levels , improved accuracy , and increased efficiency .
A new Sales Playbook identifies assortment opportunities for the independent channel based on regional SPINS and KeHE sales data . The Playbook helps retailers optimize their shelf sets and drives increased points of distribution ( PODs ), unit volume growth , and source of supply conversions , impacting KeHE growth at a foundational level .
