PEN FEE : $ 5.00 / pen

1 . Release time is Saturday after 6:30 pm . NO EXCEPTIONS ! 2 . Entries close July 14 , 3 . Pen size is 6 ’ x 6 ’. No bedding will be furnished ; however , pens must be bedded with wood shavings . Exhibitors will be assigned pens . Premium money may be withheld if changes are made without the approval of the Superintendent .

4 . The Superintendents have the right to limit the number of pens purchased and may require animals to share a pen when necessary . 5 . Exhibitors will be limited to two ( 2 ) premiums in each class . 6 . All hogs are recommended to weigh between 220 and 290 pounds . 7 . THIS IS A NON-TERMINAL SHOW ! A MARKET WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR THE HOGS . 8 . Swine entries will be weighed from 4 to 8 pm on Monday for Open and Junior Open . 9 . A barrow or gilt shown in a purebred class can not be shown in crossbred classes . However , the purebred animal can be shown in the pair classes . 10 . Registration papers for Purebred animals must be on grounds at all times . 11 . All vehicles blocking loading chutes will be towed away at the owner ’ s expense . 12 . The Stephenson County Pork Producers will donate an additional premium for Champion Classes if the winner is a member of Pork Producers Association or is a family member of a Pork Producer . $ 50 Champion Single Barrow , $ 25 Champion Pen of Barrows , Single Market Gilt , and Pair of Market Gilts .

13 . We reserve the right to divide the classes by weight or by color .
