Training and Competency Program – We are committed to training personnel and subcontractors regarding health and safety expectations and requirements . We provide both classroom training and on-line training . Classroom training and certification is conducted by qualified TRC trainers or outsourced certified safety training companies . TRC also provides a tracking mechanism to ensure all appropriate personnel and subcontractors are up-to-date with health and safety training , certifications and communications . TRC will comply with health and safety expectations regarding the requirement for all project staff and subcontractors to have the knowledge , skills and abilities to do their assigned jobs in a safe and quality manner .
