9 . Discount coupons will be provided by Red Star Yeasts to all exhibitors in this department . There will also be some complementary gifts for exhibits baked with yeast .
10 . Best of Show will be awarded to decorated cakes and cupcakes . An award in remembrance of Tootie Huneke will be given to the person who has won the most Blue Ribbons during Fair Week in this division . Award for Judges Choice in breads , pies cookies and cakes will also be given in remembrance of Jeanne Fiene .
11 . Trophy awards and / or ribbons must picked up on Sunday , July 31 , from 12 am to 2 pm only .
