ENTRY FEE - $ 0.50 / entry
1 . All entries must comply with the Home Economics Rules and Regulations . 2 . All entries must be in the building and tagged by 10 am The building will be open to accept entries from 7 am to 10 am the following days : Wednesday ; 07 / 27 - Ginger Bread Houses , Donuts and Cookies Thursday ; 07 / 28 - Breads and Exhibit Whole Cakes Friday ; 07 / 29 - Quick Breads , Pies , Decorated Cakes & Cupcakes and Candy . 4 . All Jr Open baked goods are located in Department P 5 . All entries need to be in a Zip-lock bag , except cakes , ginger bread houses and decorated cupcakes and cakes .
IMPORTANT : LABEL KIND WHERE INDICATED ! 6 . The Cake Walk will be held Wednesday - Friday evening at 7 pm each day outside the east door of the Home Ec Building . 7 . All baked goods and money received from the sale of baked goods will become the property of the Stephenson County Fair
Association . 8 . All entries will be used in the Cake Walk , excluding Ginger Bread Houses .
