LAUREN SMITH
Lauren has been a REALTOR ® for a little over eight years . She is the wife of Glade Smith and the mother of three sons : Glade II , Garrett and Grant Smith . She was raised in Edgewood , Texas and met her husband Glade in Canton , Texas . They have lived in Texas , Louisiana and Arkansas ; Lauren has been a licensed REALTOR ® in all three of these states .
Lauren finds a great deal of happiness in helping others find worth in themselves and reaching their potential . Previous to her career in real estate , Lauren served as a youth director for 14 years . During this time , she organized and participated in many youth camps , conferences and several other community service projects . She also enjoyed working as a substitute teacher and serving on the PTA board as she and Glade were raising their boys . Lauren attributes her success in her real estate career to having high standards of service , honesty and integrity , and by making sure that her clients know that they are a priority .

As a REALTOR ® in Arkansas , Lauren received a Quality Service Award , Pinnacle Quality Service Award and The Rising Star Award . She also served on the El Dorado Board of Realtors for two years . In early 2017 , Glade ’ s job brought their family back to Texas . At that time Lauren signed on with CENTURY Judge Fite Company in the Midlothian Regional Office .
This is Lauren ’ s first time to earn the CENTURION ® Award . Lauren has previously earned the 2018 CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company Rookie of the Year Award , 2018 Quality Service Award , 2018 Rookie of the Year – Midlothian Office , 2018 Most Helpful Agent Award – Midlothian Office , 2019 Pinnacle Quality Service Award , 2019 Spirit Award – Midlothian Office , 2019 Master ’ s Rudy Award and a President ’ s Producer Award in 2020 .
