MELISSA SANCHES
Melissa Sanches is a full time bilingual REALTOR ® . She feels it is such an honor to have the opportunity to assist people through the processes of buying , selling or leasing homes . She loves to assist people in all chapters of life accomplish their real estate goals in a timeline most fitting their specific situations .
Since June 2012 she has practiced real estate full-time . The University of North Texas brought her to Denton in 2003 , and she instantly fell in love with the North Texas area . She graduated with honors and obtained a BA in Psychology . Her experience and this educational background allows her to ease stress for her clients . She feels it has proven to assist through negotiating in favor of her clients as well .
Her story is one of determination and breaking a long standing cycle of poverty in her family . She now is able to house and care for several of her family members . She says that she recalls as a child not having a place to call home ; years of living in shelters , housing projects or at times with other family members . Knowing that feeling fuels her to work tirelessly and go the extra mile to help so many families accomplish the everlasting American dream of homeownership . This more than anything brings such joy to her . She is also a relentless problem solver which helps tremendously in all aspects of real estate . Melissa can empathize with and understand how investors prefer to buy and sell homes as she has personally bought , rented and sold homes under her LLC in both the East Texas and North Texas areas .
She has been part of several volunteer groups across the Denton County area and the Denton schools her child has attended over the years . She has been recognized consecutively for several years nationally with NAHREP and locally with North DFW Real Producers .

Sha Hair has been helping people buy and sell homes since 2003 . She became a real estate professional while still homeschooling her three boys . Needing to have a way to prospect that would allow her to continue teaching , she decided to prospect for sellers at garage sales . Reaching out to meet people in person allowed her to become a top producing agent .
By the way , she goes to over 3,000 garage sales a year . Consistency is the key .
Sha currently works with a team who supports her in staging , photography , administration and social media marketing . Having just moved to a new home herself , it became apparent to her that all real estate professionals should have to go through the moving process every few years to remember what it feels like . Sha believes agents should always remember what it is like to walk in a client ’ s shoes .
Sha ’ s hobbies include traveling ( especially anything with whale watching ), cooking and playing with her two shih-tzu babies .
