Jim is a father of two successful children : Ashley , who he has enjoyed watching learn and excel in the real estate industry , and Matt , who is successful in the banking business . He is also a proud grandfather to Clara , Taylor and Rose .
After his dad ’ s death , he purchased two CENTURY 21 ® franchises and enjoyed learning the C21 system . Jim merged his business with Judge Fite Company in 2003 , as he felt his agents and business needed more education and exposure . He felt JFC had exhibited a genuine desire to help people learn and excel as real estate professionals .
In 2015 he was awarded the Omega Tau Rho award by the National Association of REALTORS ® for service at the local , state and national level . Jim has been involved in many organizations within the community over the years , including Parker County Sheriff ’ s Posse , Rotary Club , Lions Club , Optimist , First United Methodist Church and many others .
His many awards with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company include Quality Service Pinnacle Producer , Presidents Producer , Masters Ruby , Masters Diamond , CENTURION ® , GRAND CENTURION ® and Top Commercial Producer 2020 .
Many in the Weatherford office affectionately call him “ Jim Daddy .” He is a mentor to many and can answer just about any question that may arise . Jim wears many hats and continues to be successful in not only the real estate industry , but in his life . Jim gives thanks to Ashley , Jim Fite , Jan Fite Miller , his wife and the good Lord for his success throughout the years .

Kaitlin just concluded her seventh year in the industry . Her success has been fueled by the philosophy she embraces that each transaction deserves uncompromised trust , market expertise and open communication . She lives her life and runs her business by always putting her clients ' needs above all else . The heart and soul of her business comes down to being able to play an integral role in the milestone moment of each client ’ s home buying or selling experience . She doesn ’ t take these life-changing transitions lightly , and truly treats each transaction as if it were her own .

Kaitlin ' s business wouldn ' t be what it is today without the mentorship from her husband Maxx and her two young sons , Lincoln and Graham , that are her source of motivation .
