Janice ’ s father was a builder in Lewisville , Texas , and Janice has very fond memories of “ working ” with her father at a young age . Aside from real estate Janice has always had a deep caring for others and a passion for making others feel good about themselves . At the age of 22 , she started working in hospice care and continued to do so for the next seven years . This experience taught Janice the importance of showing compassion to those less fortunate and to never , ever judge a book by its cover .
Facing the responsibilities of being a single mother and never being one to give up , Janice decided to reinvent herself and move into the world of appraisals with her uncle at the age of 29 . After 13 years of successfully running an appraisal office , Janice saw the successes her peers in real estate were having . Janice decided to help people buy and sell real estate and obtained her real estate license in 2009 .
