STANDARD POLICIES & PROCEDURES
NEW HIRE PAPERWORK/INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
All companies must obtain and hold business insurance throughout the duration
of employment with 360 Blue. Human Resources will provide all companies with
a digital application to be completed. The required minimum coverage is
$250,000. The insurance must be valid and received on the date of hire, along with
a completed application, copy of a valid driver’s license, consent to a background
check, W9, and a signed Drug-Free Workplace form.
TRAINING
All companies will be scheduled with our in-house Training Team (Yuri Rodriguez &
Chris Cosson) for hire. Your training session will begin at the 360 Blue Warehouse:
790 N Co Hwy 393, Building 3 Unit C, Santa Rosa Beach. At least three of your crew
members are required to be present. We do not supply cleaning supplies (vacuum,
broom, rags, approved chemicals, etc.), so bring your own. If you don’t have the
approved chemicals, you may borrow from the 360 Blue inventory for the day (they
can be purchased at cost after the session). Warehouse staff can provide a list of
our approved chemicals.
DRESS CODE
Although previously an unwritten rule, a Dress Code is a requirement as a
contracted employee with 360 Blue. 360 Blue will not provide a uniform, but we
expect all to adhere to a casual but businesslike appearance. Crew Members
should always be dressed in an appropriate shirt, pants/shorts and shoes. Bathing
suits and undergarments are not acceptable. Shirts, of course, are required.
SCHEDULING PLATFORMS (ESCAPIA/BREEZEWAY)
Each cleaning crew or team lead will obtain home and unit assignments after
hire. A login and password to the software systems will be provided by the
housekeeping department, allowing each cleaning crew full access to view their
schedules whenever necessary. At this time, each cleaning crew will be held fully
responsible for managing their own schedules and complete cleans on time. Schedule
management: It is your responsibility to manage your schedule on a daily basis.
If a last-minute schedule change arises, a notification will be sent—either a platform
notification, an email and/or text message from the housekeeping department or
property manager explaining the change of the assigned clean.
Examples of scheduling changes include: Early Departures, Guest Requested Cleans,
Owner Holds and Owner Tidy Cleans.
