STANDARD POLICIES & PROCEDURES TRASHED HOMES/UNITS If a housekeeper arrives at a property that appears to be “trashed,” the same policy and procedures of “Pet Fees” are to be applied. The housekeeper is to notify the office and their appointed Property Manager immediately via email at [email protected], documenting the incident with as many photos as necessary. Additionally, a Formstack Guest Services Work Order must be created. A 360 Blue representative will automatically be notified to assess the situation. It is the housekeeper’s responsibility to document the situation with photos if the clean will be billed as more than a “normal clean.” The 360 Blue representative will assess the home and then communicate with the office. If for some reason a 360 Blue representative is unable to review the situation at the property, the office will contact the housekeeper directly. To be considered “trashed,” blood, feces, urine, vomit or damage must be evident. It is up to the Housekeeping Department to determine whether or not the condition of the house meets this criteria. EARLY GUEST ARRIVAL If a guest arrives at the home and asks to be allowed entry prior to the standard 4:00 pm check-in time, very politely inform them to contact 360 Blue Guest Services for assistance. Use common courtesy at all times when speaking with guests. If the guest presses the housekeeper to be allowed into the home, have them contact Guest Services directly at 877-550-2017. STANDBY CREWS During the busy season, standby crews are needed in the event a cleaning team cannot complete their assigned property on time. In order to step in when help is needed, these standby crews need to be within a 30-minute drive time radius of the Panama City Beach – Destin area. LOST AND FOUND REPORTING Housekeepers are required to submit a Lost & Found work order through the Guest Services section of their Formstack app. Immediately, they are to include the property ID of where the item was found, along with a description of the item(s). The item(s) must then be bagged and labeled with the property ID and the date of the departure clean (Lost and Found Tags will be distributed by the HK Team in the office). Housekeepers must bring back all lost and found items on the same day. Under no circumstances should the housekeepers ever keep anything overnight. If the lost and found items are reported but never turned in, the housekeeper will be held responsible for the replacement of said items. 10
