When filling out the Formstack Guest Services work order, please be sure to
select the Type, “Lost and Found” and include “HK Found L&F” in the subject line.
UNIT TEMPERATURES AND EXITING PROPERTIES
When exiting a property after a clean is complete, the following must be done:
• A/C—all working and on ‘auto’ and set to 75 cool/ 65 heat (only when a PM
advises of heat)
• All doors and windows must be closed and securely locked.
• Fans, lights, televisions, radio systems (to include decks, patios & porches) are to
be in OFF MODE.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM GUIDANCE
To get started, we ask that you log into our reservation system called Escapia to
check your schedule daily. It is crucial that you run your reports daily as last-minute
changes with reservations frequently occur—along with added arrivals/departures.

• Your login will be your email address
• Your password will be Housekeeping1! (Escapia will prompt you to change your
password once logged in)
• To get to the printable schedule, click on the “Housekeeping” tab
• Scroll down to “Reports”
• Click on “Housekeeping Arrival/Departure Report”
• Once you are on this page: Fill in the “start date” and “end date.” Then select your
name under the “Housekeeper” tab. Finally, select “Departures” under the “Select”
tab, and click “Run Report”
It is your responsibility to check your schedule, along with any and all changes
that may occur. If there are last-minute check-ins or late check-outs, we will
email and/or text you.
