Brett R. Harris – Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A.
Brett R. Harris, a business, nonprofit and technology attorney, is a
shareholder with a corporate transactional practice. She focuses
on counseling non-profits on maintaining tax-exempt status,
compliance with fundraising regulations and addressing
governance. She has an emphasis on technology, cybersecurity
and cyber-preparedness, and intellectual property matters
