Julie Ambrose – Product Central
CEO and founder, Julie Ambrose, is a talented and dynamic entrepreneur
with a unique skill set. She has more than 20 years of experience in
electronic retailing, branding, marketing, and film production. Over
the past 5 years, Julie grew her QVC clients’ sales volume to more
than $100 million of on-air sales collectively. Her experience expand-
ed into Europe, Asia, South America, Canada, and Australia.
Julie possesses the range of knowledge to provide clients with a high
level of professional service.

Ruth Dugan – Leading Woman Philanthropist
Ruth, a mother of six from Saddle River, started her career as a reporter
for the Record and managed political campaigns. Ruth began to take
on leadership rolls with Saddle River Board of Education and joined the
board of the Bayonne Medical Center as chairman in 2006 as they were
facing bankruptcy. The hospital is still open and thriving today. Ruth
received the Humanitarian Award in 2010 as president of Gilda’s Club
NJ bringing the program to the inner city of Newark. She presently
serves on the council of the Woodrow Wilson International School for
Scholars in DC, and she’s the trustee for Dean College in Massachusetts.
Denise Boudreau-Scott – Drive
Denise Boudreau-Scott is President of Drive, which helps aging services
organizations improve the resident and staff experience, and the
bottom-line, through more engaged leaders and employees. A former
nursing home and assisted living administrator, Denise co-founded
a non-profit, the NJ Alliance for Culture Change and volunteers for
numerous industry groups.
Gina Esa – CNC Construction
Gina Esa, founded CNC Construction Inc in 1995. Since obtaining
WBE certifications in 2010, CNC has been a lead contractor on various
high-profile park projects in NY and NJ. Her years of experience and vision
for her work has created a company whose reputation continues to rise
across multiple states.

Beth Burke – BSTV Entertainment (Brand Builder)
After 8 years as a television executive for HGTV and Food Network,
Beth launched BSTV Entertainment with her business partner,
Blake Swerdloff. Industry veterans, they quickly sold shows to Food
Network & HGTV, garnering 8 daytime Emmy nominations.
Beth is based in Montclair, NJ & has 3 teenagers. When Beth’s
youngest, Lucy, was asked what her mom’s favorite things were
she said: “Tequila & dark chocolate.”

Erica Ferry – Erica Ferry & Associates, LLC
Erica Ferry & Associates creates partnerships between businesses and
nonprofits for social good. Erica started her consultancy in 2010, after
serving as President of the Schering-Plough Foundation. She helps
clients- large and small- develop and implement strategic programs
in philanthropy and community engagement that deliver maximum
benefit to all involved.

Maria Cappello – MedTile (Brand Builder)
A graduate of FIT. Maria and her brother opened Mediterranean Tile
in Fairfield in 1993. They expanded the business to a second location,
in Bernardsville, which opened in 2008. Maria and the team works
closely with designers, architects and builders. Mediterranean Tile
carries some of the most exquisite tiles and mosaic available, keeping
up with the most current design trends.

Sharon Danzger – Control Chaos, LLC
Sharon Danzger, CFA, is the founder of Control Chaos and author
of Super-Productive: 120 Strategies to Do More and Stress Less.
Her firm helps clients improve productivity and well-being
through corporate training and individualized coaching.
Danzger has earned degrees in Finance and Positive Psychology
from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mary Dougherty – Team Dougherty Real Estate at RE/MAX Select
Mary Dougherty, Owner of Team Dougherty at RE/MAX Properties
Mary is a certified relocation professional and senior Real Estate
specialist. She’s been featured in the who’s who of Morris County
Daily Record and is an esteemed presenter delivering webinars and
lunch and learns to keep her clients abreast of the rapid changes
in the relocation industry. Team Dougherty is ranked as one of the
highest selling teams in NJ.

Patricia Fisher-Dally – Sunrise Title Services, Inc.
Patricia Fisher-Dally (Patty) is partner and President of Sunrise Title
Services, Inc. (NJ) and First Choice Abstract, Inc. (PA) whose com-
pany provides title searching, insurance and settlement services
for real estate transactions. She has 3 NJ offices and one PA office.
Patty’s success is due to her staff being focused on excellent
customer service. If not working Patty is spending time with family
and friends, golfing or traveling.
