In 2014, Mindy spent years working in the fashion industry and was
inspired to start RofD after her son Oliver, who has Muscular Dystrophy,
dreamed of wearing jeans like everyone else. She used her design skills
to develop modifications to allow people with disabilities to more
easily wear mainstream clothing.
Caroline Gosselin –The Gosselin Group of Prominent
Properties Sotheby’s International Realty
As CEO of The Gosselin Group at Sotheby’s International Realty,
Caroline leads of a team of 7. Featured in Forbes as an industry leader,
she consistently ranks in the top 1% in the state. She is a mother to
12 year-old Lucas, has lived internationally and speaks fluent French.

Rachael Grochowski – RHG Architecture + Design
Rachael Grochowski is a licensed architect and founder of RHG
Architecture + Design, an award-winning firm that works on com-
mercial and residential projects. She also has both a housewares
product and a furniture line. A practicing artist, Rachael is a big
supporter of the arts and social justice causes.
Orli Langer – Perinatal Associates LLC
After spending most of her career in a hospital setting, Dr. Orli
Langer started her own practice in hopes of a more hands-on,
boutique-style setting for her patients. She believes in never
rushing a patient. It is important to her that patients feel
comfortable in her care.

Collette Liantonio – Concepts TV Productions, Inc. (BrandBuilder)
In 1983, Collette launched Concepts Video Productions Inc. and has
written, produced and directed hundreds of legendary commercials
and digital campaigns for consumer goods and pharmaceuticals.
Awards include New Jersey Ad Association Hall of Fame and the
Electronic Retailing Association Lifetime Achievement Award.
Collette’s fundraising videos include ItStartsWithAGirl.com filmed
in India and the March of Dimes commercial.

in 2003. This nationwide franchise offers nut free cooking classes,
parties and custom events for ages 2 1/2 to 102!
