Michele Ansbacher retired from a distinguished career at Prudential
where she led the largest distribution territory and served as the
Corporate Chief Ethics Officer globally.
Michele now chairs the Feliciano School of Business Advisory Board,
Montclair State University; serving also as Executive in Residence and
teaching leadership to MBA students
Lisa Carver – The Execu-Search Group
Lisa is a recognized leader within the recruiting & staffing industry.
She joined The Execu|Search Group in 2010 & has built a successful
20 year career within the staffing world. Lisa is the Vice President
of the temporary staffing division, Professional services for the NJ
offices. In addition, she has been very active with the Women’s
Network of TESG, Dress for Success & MCCC Women in Business
executive council.
Kathleen Barnett Einhorn – Genova Burns
Kathleen Barnett Einhorn, Esq. is a Partner and Chair of the Firm’s
Complex Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice
Groups. She is experienced in handling all aspects of litigation and has
litigated matters and argued appeals in federal and state courts, and
handled numerous arbitrations, mediations and other alternative
dispute proceedings. Ms. Einhorn is responsible for managing cases
from inception to trial with positive results for her clients.
Alicia Bateman – Ralph Lauren
Ms. Bateman oversees the development and implementation of Ex-
ecutive and Corporate Communications, Employee Engagement and
Volunteer strategies that connect 24,000 corporate, retail, and field
employees to the Company’s business strategies and culture. She has
had a 19 year career at Ralph Lauren and has spent a majority of her
career in international business and communications roles including
Vice President of International Communications.

Yin C. Becker – Stryker
Yin Becker serves on Stryker’s leadership team and she is responsible
for global communications, public affairs and marketing. She has
30 years of experience in the MedTech industry and dedicated to
making healthcare better. Yin has lived in NJ for 50 years, graduated
Rider University and a real “Jersey Girl”.
Cynthia Beveridge – Aon
Cynthia Beveridge is the President of Aon’s global broking operation.
She works with the broking teams to create and deliver
industry-leading products and services tailored to the needs
of the Aon clients. In her leadership roles she concentrates on the
entire broking segment of the organization with a keen focus on
delivering client value, increasing revenue, attracting and retaining
talent and supporting operational and broking excellence.
Gail Callandrillo – Valley Health System
As Vice President of Strategic Planning and Government Relations,
Ms. Callandrillo is responsible for directing the strategic planning,
business development, physician relations, market research and
government relations functions for The Valley Health System.
The System is composed of the Valley Hospital, Valley Home Care
& Hospice and Valley Medical Group.
